British Properties West Vancouver Lutron Motorized Shades

This ultra modern new home went the smart route and had a custom valance built around the entire living/kitchen area to conceal the Lutron motorized roller shades. We used Lutron Sivoia QS motorized roller shades to create this seamless look, making the shades nearly invisible when open. The 3" removable bottom flap hides the shade hardware and gives the cleanest look when recessing motorized shades. With a single button press, the customer can now open or close all 14 shade panels and never has to deal with long cords dangling in the way.
