The Big House

We called this project the big house and it really lived up to the name. Sitting at 22,000 sqft we had plenty of work on our hands here. We installed Lutron Sivoia QS Wired roller shades and Lutron Hardwired Drapery tracks in all the bedrooms and ensuites in this project. With full hardwired power and communication all the shades are controlled via a Control4 system supplied by our automation partners.
