UBC Recessed Lutron Motorized Shading

This recently completed project in UBC was well thought-out from the design stay of the build. We incorporated the Lutron pocket enclosure system, recessing these shades into the ceiling and drops around the windows. When the shade are open, they seamlessly disappear into the ceiling, not taking away from the homes overall design. We used Lutron Sivoia QS Wired motorized shades and had them integrated into the client Control4 system. The Lutron shades all get controlled off keypads, touch panels and the smart phone app.
