West Vancouver Motorized Shading

One of our favorite projects with incredible ocean views of downtown Vancouver and the UBC area across the water. We worked closely with the designer and builder in this project to construct shading pockets that would seamlessly hide the motorized shades into the walls. With views this good, we didn’t want to obstruct any of the sightlines, so this custom shading pocket system worked out great. We used a 3% fabric in all the living areas which helps cut glare and UV rays, while still allowing a view to the outside.
